That reminds me of a quip by Theresa Bloomingdale, an immensely funny Catholic mom-author. She said that it is little wonder that women in their fifties and sixties show up at doctor's offices complaining of trouble sleeping.....after so many years THEY'VE FORGOTTEN HOW!
