I’d throw a couple bucks in a street singer’s hat to hear a good rendition of Let All Mortal Flesh Keep Silence.
Wow! I posted that comment before I went to the link and found that Michael T mentioned the same song! Small world (or awesome song)!!
My favorite hymns are also the ones most rarely sung, because they’re connected to Holy Week. One is “Sacred Head Surrounded”, another “Lord, Who At Your First Eucharist” and a third, “Jesus Christ Is Risen Today”.
