Nunc dimittis servum tuum, Domine
Secundum verbum tuum in pace:
Quia viderunt oculi mei salutare tuum
Quod parasti ante faciem omnium populorum:
Lumen ad revelationem gentium,
Et gloriam plebis tuae Israel.
Now dismiss Thy servant, O Lord,
in peace, according to Thy word:
For mine own eyes hath seen Thy salvation,
Which Thou hast prepared in the sight of all the peoples,
A light to reveal Thee to the nations
and the glory of Thy people Israel.
Good-bye, Papa. Please pray for us.

I’m going to miss you, Papa. :'(
Amen.
Peony, Pansy,
I was wondering if you guys could recommend links or information on your site that talk about the sacrament of Reconciliation. As a young adult, I have realized that the world is not an easy place to live in, and I, like others sometimes fall down. In the times that we live in, no one seems to talk about Penance, and I think that it’s a sacrament that, while is not as important as the Eucharist, is one that has the power to save your soul. Not only that, but like, how come no one says the Act of Contrition anymore? It seems like they change that prayer every two days now (by “they”, I don’t mean Rome).
AMEN!! 🙂
