Prayers for my father

Today my father was diagnosed with bone cancer. He is 56 years old and very, very good man.
My youngest brother is only 17.
I forgot to mention: My father’s name is Jerry DeMauro. He is one of the nicest men, if not the nicest man I know. He certainly is the most honest and humble people. He takes good care of himself physically, he eats well and is a runner. I am just shocked.
I don’t know if I linked to this article or one of his others, but you can read one of his articles here.

  1. I’m so sorryy to hear this! My family endures a similar ordeal. My mother just had her left breast removed and reconstruction begun. She has a malignant growth.
I will pray for your father, you and your family. I will also offer all of you up during intentions at this week’s Sunday liturgy.

  2. Pansy, my heart goes out to you and your whole family. I have added you to my prayer list, and will pray for him, and you, every morning.

  3. Certainly; I will remember him and the family tomorrow at Holy Mass.
