  1. Hi Peony! I’ve found that if I cook it “just enough” it doesn’t fall into a heap of rubbery bones (just enough for my slow cooker being 6-7 hours on low but not more)…If I let it go longer, the meat is better but you get that fall apart onto the floor thing going on, lol. 🙂
