Received this morning from a friend:
…on a more serious note, please pray for a little boy named O.,
2 1/2 years old. …He fell yesterday and needed
stiches- somewhere during the ER visit he went into shock, his heart
stopped, and he was revived, but rushed to a second hospital, and then air
lifted by chopper to the UPenn hospital in Philly. I have few details,
except that he is fighting for his life…. As of 5pm yesterday they were unsure of his chances of survival….
Thanks,
Peony

OOOOOH! Prayers are on the way!
We (as a matter-of-fact) just got back from the E.R. ourselves about 15 minutes ago. Thibadeaux decided he wanted to try to stage dive (at the tender age of 16 months)like his Daddy used to do once upon a time, and launched himself headfirst out of a shopping cart at Lowes tonight, and cracked his head on the floor.
Doctors prodded, poked a probed him, finally deciding he was okay (he was actually happier AFTER busting his head than he was before!). The Cajun Princess works at the Hospital we went to, so we got the “royal treatment”. Were confident he’s okay, but I’m gonna stay up and check on him every couple of hours…..You know, I used to have pretty brown hair before Boudreaux and his little cohort came along, now its just all grey…..
Steve,
You really call your kids Thibadeaux and Boudreaux for fun? They are going to have a complex. 😉
Well, theyre Cajun, so it’s not so much of a problem, and I mostly do it for security purposes on my blog.
