Soon after, a kitten who could be a mirror image of Legolas appeared in our barn. Fastolph just adored her and named her Melody.<br \/>\nNow I did not want a third cat, more food, more shots and more temper tantrums from Chun Li who showed her dissapproval of Legolas by using Fastolph&#8217;s bed as a litter box. Yuck.<br \/>\nMelody is so pathetic. She and Legolas touch paws at each other through the front screen window. She follows us around mewing when any of us go outside. The kids bring her bowls of food which I think other cats come and steal from her. Then I saw her drinking water one day out of a puddle out front after the rain. My husband bought her a flea and tick collar and pretty much we decided we will bring her in when we can get her shots and like flea dipped or something.<br \/>\nAlthough, Polo might change his mind when he comes home today and sees that she and Legolas made a hole in the screen window so she can get in.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A couple of months ago my neighbor brought us one of his kittens which the kids fed, hugged and cuddled and named Legolas, much to our older cat, Chun Li&#8217;s chagrin.
