My husband would like to view the probated wills of his grandparents who lived in Puerto Rico. He has reason to believe he was named in them as his grandparents took care of him when he was small. His father who is the executor of the wills will not show them to him. We understand they are public record, but do not know how to obtain them as we are in New York State, and these affairs were settled in Puerto Rico.
