TV or radio?<\/b> Radio.<br \/>\n<b>2. On the radio: talk or music station?<\/b>  Mostly talk.<br \/>\n<b>3. Actual books or books-on-tape (or e-books)?<\/b>  Real books, all the way.<br \/>\n<b>4. Actual newspaper, or web version?<\/b> Web on weekdays, print on Sundays.<br \/>\n<b>5. Wall Street Journal or National Enquirer?<\/b> Neither.<br \/>\n<b>6. TV news&#8230;news channel such as CNN, or your local broadcast news?<\/b> We usually watch the national news on broadcast stations (Lehrer, Brokaw&#8230;.)<br \/>\n<b>7. A movie you&#8217;ve been looking forward to seeing gets bad reviews all around. See it anyway, or pass?<\/b>  Depends who&#8217;s reviewing it and why they&#8217;re panning it &#8212; sometimes they just don&#8217;t get it (for example, I liked <a href=\"http:\/\/video.go.com\/unbreakable\/html\/intro.html\">Unbreakable<\/a>.)  <a href=\"http:\/\/www.decentfilms.com\/\">Steven Greydanus <\/a>is my absolute favorite movie reviewer.<br \/>\n<b>8. See movies when they first come out, or wait a few weeks for the lines at the theater to get shorter?<\/b> We usually end up waiting for them to come out on video.<br \/>\n<b>9. TV: cable, satellite dish, or just plain old antenna?<\/b>  Antenna.<br \/>\n<b>10. Thought-provoking question of the week: If you had to choose only one form of media to come into your home, which would you choose&#8230;print (newspapers, magazines) or electronic (TV, internet)? Why?<\/b>  Internet!  It&#8217;s faster, it&#8217;s there when you want it, you can click away when you&#8217;re ready to move on to something else&#8230; the ads  in the Sunday paper are easier to deal with, though.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Peony&#8217;s This or That Tuesday 1.
