I make some in advance to keep in the freezer too. I have had a problem making pizza dough in muggy weather, so I am glad to have some in advance.<br \/>\nAs for the sauce, I make it like I make my regular gravy, I just season it with oregano instead of basil, for example.<br \/>\nI am actually making pizza (with soy cheese) for lunch today, but I am cheating with store bought pizza dough.
