Hair Today-Gone Tomorrow Part II

Not that this is nearly as fascinating about the current events, but I had to conclude the whole hair thing.
I was very pleased with my Ouidad experience and I recommend it to any one with curly hair with a Ouidad salon near them.
I chickened out cutting my hair short, so I cut it below my shoulder blades in case short hair turned out to be too hard to manage. I donated the rest to locks of love.

We had Rosey-Posey’s hair done:

Her hair is actually the same length as mine almost, but much curlier.

Please keep in mind I have the flu and lack four nights worth of sleep. My hair is still damp though-it takes a long time to dry.
What I love about Ouidad is these are totally natural curls. Before I would always have to set it or get expensive chemical treatments that would damage my hair.

  1. donated eleven inches to locks of love last month and my hair is shorter than it’s been since my third grade “dorothy hamill” haircut. i love it. thanks for donating to such a worthy cause!

  2. oh! Does Rosey posey have a tender head? HEr curls are very much like my daughter’s and we have used the ouidad products but no salon nearby…and we are at our collective wit’s end on doing her hair w/out shrieks(we keep it braided at all times just to keep out the snarls but it is glorious down, jsut that it keeps curling and tangling…) I know this is not the most imperative issue, esp w/ all the excitement of our new pope, but it’s quality life issue and if you have tips, I’d love to see them posted!! THanks!

  3. WOW!!! You look beautiful! You do look younger and also your eyes stand out much more. I love the pink on you too! Sorry for bugging you so much, I was very curious.

  4. coffeemom,
Yeah, we had to keep her hair in braids all the time and she whined everyday when we combed it.
    dinka,
Pink is my favorite color. It always has been. I am glad it finally is “in” this season.
