Happy Thanksgiving!

Had friends over this morning and I’m just getting ready to start my pies. Tomorrow it’s off to see my mother-in-law for Thanksgiving. We’ll be back Sunday. Have a happy Thanksgiving!

  1. HAPPY THANKSGIVING!!!! to the Two Sleepy Mommies and all their loved ones!
It’s the best day of our nation’s year! YAY!

  2. Remember, don’t let them cool on the window sill. Might get stolen! Of course, Stollen might be just the thing for the occassion. I prefer Panettone, but my Italian side beats my German side about 5 to 7.

  3. Erik,
I have a rule about not letting pues cool on the window sill because it attracts all kinds of vagrants who escaped from jail in striped prison outfits. Well, I actually don’t know if they escaped, but they wear those outfits.
Also, I make pies for Thanksgiving and Panettone for Christmas!
    Happy Thanksgiving!

  6. Another Thanksgiving done! Kids are watching A CHRISTMAS STORY.. a family favorite (no poles around here to get your tongue stuck on, lol). 🙂
    Happy Thanksgiving to all!

  7. Karen,
We love that movies well. My kids were asking me if their tongues would really get stuck. I said don’t even think about it!
