“Thoughts from a Conservative Mom” was taken down by Blogger/ Google on 12/4 and has not yet been restored. And apparently other conservative (or even just non-left) blogs have had similar problems.
I love GMail, but is it getting on time to switch?

A few years ago at a parish RENEW group, people were discussing the First Fridays devotion–and the tenor of the conversation was how ‘bizzare’ some of the devotions found in the church are! I commented that I found the First Fridays devotion to be a very comforting one and that Margaret Mary Aloqoque was a great mystic and the group just bristled! I was an embarrasment to them–what with My Miraculous Medal and all–who did I think I was to be talking with such ‘intellectually superior’ parishioners? Blogs are like RENEW groups…sometimes they are just there for people who already agree with their views…that is not discussion but dissertation…who needs such blogs/ RENEW groups?
