This is not true. The Slaves in NH are recognized by the Vatican as "irregular" which is NOT the same as not being in communion with Rome. The priest who is there currently has the necessary faculties to hear confessions, etc. Now when he dies, they may be in a different situation depending on who the priest is who replaces Fr. J.
Also, I think it is important to point out that, yes, one may be JUSTIFIED via a desire for Baptism, however, they may not be saved. Justification and Salvation are two different things. The first you can lose, the second you cannot.
