A Man After My Own Heart
I just stumbled on this blog Wake Up Black America.
I was particularly appreciative of his entry on Bill Cosby's latest speech.

This guy can't spell! Entrupenear? "Russel Simmons and Cathy Hughes are self-made millionaire." They merged! They turned into one big millionaire! Pansy, I thought you knew better by now.

Yeah I know, I thought he could use a proof-reader. (Remember what I told you about spelling skills and my generation?)
I don't agree with the total hard-core conservative slant either.
But Bill Cosby received such bad press for his original speech, but he was dead-on. There are too many people spreading what the black community needs is (enter nutty idea like ebonics, more birth control, affirmative action, posters of Cleopatra up painted as a black woman) and you think you have gone mad. It is always refreshing to hear the black community needs just plain ole common sense.

Thanks for the kind words. As for my Bill Cosby story, this was one of my few stories I wrote on my blog. Most of the time I write my stories in MS Word then cut them over to my blog. I don't mind the attack on my spelling. I wrote the story on the fly. As for my hard core conservative slant, what is so "hardcore" about it? If I don't support the status quo of failure, does that make me a hardcore conservative? No here's a chance to actually attack my thinking instead of my proofreading.

Tyrone,
Nope, I cannot attack your thinking. There is nothing wrong with your thinking and like I said I found it a breath of fresh air. Your blog is more of a political blog, and although I lean pretty far right, the politics of a matter tend to intimidate me. I never feel like one party really somes up my true feelings on any issue.
That's OK, I will still read, and link anymore good posts you come up with.
BTW, I linked to Bill Cosby not that long ago.
