Guilty (Very Guilty) Pleasures

Now you know I watch Buffy the Vampire Slayer and I like to eat, scrapbook, do aerobics, and dabble in sewing. I didn't tell you I am a closet Cloth Diapering Addict. Yes, there are strange women like me who do not just simply use cloth diapers out of necessity, but are sort of actually into them. In my defense, if I were alone, there would not be a World Wide Cloth Diapering Resource. I have Chinese Prefolds, Hempers prefolds, Aristocrats Wool Soakers, Fuzzi Bunz, you name it. While I like prefolds, pins,and nylon pull-up pants for economy, the fun part is with the WAHM (work at home Mom) made diapers.
To know what I am talking about, one just needs to browse The WAHMall Auctions and see some of the really neat dipes some of the mother's have made. If you are expecting, it is very easy to get lost in the auctions. Another auction spot is Mother's Nature. Sometimes you can pick up some prefolds at a good price.
One of the neatest makers of cloth diapers has to be Full Moon Baby Gear . Terri (the owner) really makes some of the coolest diapers and baby accessories I have seen, including batik diapers, an Our Lady of Guadalupe baby blanket and Dio de los Muertes all in one hemp diapers.
I wonder if it is a sign of taking attachment parenting to an extreme when one finds "fun" in diapering?
