X-Men
It was awesome! We went to see it Friday morning. It was a toss up between X-Men in the movie theater or The Lizzie Maguire Movie and Holes at the drive-in. It was raining and Decent Films gave X-Men a better rating, so X-Men won out. Also, to be frank, the idea of sitting through Lizzie Maguire and Holes did not appeal to the adults of the family.

I started reading The Uncanny X-Men back in 1980 when I was 8 years old. I did not like any of the cartoons, and was apprehensive about the movie because they destroy the characters I have grown to imagine. While they did not stick to the story line totally (like Rogue being a teenager and other small things) they stuck to the good stuff. I am not sure what to say that will not ruin it, so I will just say it was a fun movie. If you like fun movies, go see it. Warning, it was a bit more violent than I like though.

I was also impressed that they kept Nightcrawler Catholic, even if he was a bit scrupulous.
